Terms & Conditions
Last updated 14 July 2026
These terms apply to all orders and enquiries placed with Fleishig Ltd, trading as Fleishig, through fleishiglondon.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Fleishig Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16818857, trading as Fleishig. You can contact us at sales@fleishigmeats.co.uk or by phone on 020 8087 1855.
Our products
We sell freshly prepared, slow-smoked kosher meat boards and cuts, and related catering services. Products are prepared under Kedassia supervision. Photographs are illustrative; hand-prepared boards may vary slightly in presentation.
Placing an order
- Boards require at least 48 hours’ notice. For Friday delivery we require at least 18 hours’ notice. The Fleishig Tower requires the full 48 hours’ notice at all times.
- For standard priced boards, your order is confirmed and your card is charged once you complete checkout, subject to our accepting the order.
- For urgent orders placed inside the standard notice window, and for whole cuts sold by weight, we place a hold on your card (or take your enquiry) and confirm before taking final payment. Where an exact price depends on weight, we will confirm the final price with you before charging.
- We may decline or cancel an order (for example if we cannot meet the delivery date, an item is unavailable, or there is an obvious pricing error). If we do, we will not charge you, or we will refund any amount already taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged per area and shown at checkout (Stamford Hill £5, North West London £15; other areas quoted on request). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Whole cuts sold by weight (“Smoked by the Kilo”) start from £110 per kg and are quoted on enquiry — no payment is taken until the quote is agreed.
Delivery
We deliver across London on your chosen date and time slot. Outside our listed areas, please contact us and we will confirm whether delivery or collection is possible and quote accordingly. Someone must be available to receive fresh food at the delivery address on the agreed date.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our boards and cuts are freshly made perishable food and are prepared to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, perishable and made-to-order food is exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once preparation has begun. This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not delivered as agreed. Full details are in our Refunds & Complaints policy.
Allergens and food safety
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so items may contain or come into contact with allergens. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us at sales@fleishigmeats.co.uk before ordering so we can confirm the details for your selection. Please refrigerate fresh products promptly and consume by any date we advise.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
